Please remind your teens to apply by 2/24 if they want to be considered for Assistant Coach or CIT positions this summer.  

Assistant Coach & CIT Positions Open
We are accepting applications for our 2025 coaching staff positions and will be interviewing for Assistant Coaches (paid positions) and Coaches-in-Training (CITs, not paid, SSL hours offered). We are planning to have 4 Assistant Coaches and 4 CITs but that could change based on coach needs and the size of the team. Applicants for paid positions must be at 15 years old and applicants for the CIT positions must have completed 9th grade. 

Interviews will be held on 3/8 and 3/9 from 1:15-4pm at the Clubhouse. We will communicate interview time frames after the 2/24 deadline has passed. 

To be considered for one of the open positions please complete the following steps.

Step 1- Please refer to the Coaching Code of Conduct and Coaching Requirements Form (attached and on the Swimtopia website under Documents) to review coaching criteria and sign the coaching code of conduct.

Step 2- Fill out the Kentlands Kingfish Coaching Application (attached and on the Swimtopia website under Documents).

Step 3- Return both completed forms to Mia Joelsson via email at [email protected] You can also reach out to Mia with any questions.
