* 11–12s have option to attend this practice.
📌 Practice Notes
- Morning practice starts on June 22 and runs through the end of the season.
- Beginning June 12, there will be no afternoon practices on Wednesdays or Fridays due to Wednesday night swim meets and Friday Socials.
Practice schedule subject to change based on weather, meets, and pool operations.

Inclement Weather Policy
Practices and meets are subject to weather conditions. Per Montgomery County regulations, swimmers are not allowed on deck or in the pool for 30 minutes after the sound of thunder.
Decisions to delay or cancel practice are sometimes made at the last minute. If storms are forecasted or the weather looks questionable, please check your Swimtopia app notifications or email before heading to the pool.
