Tie Dye T-Shirt Coordinators
One of the most beloved Kingfish events of the season!
As Tie Dye Coordinator, you’ll help create a fun, colorful experience for our swimmers.
This role includes:
- Preparing materials (👕🎨 dye, rubber bands, t-shirts , gloves, etc.)
- Assisting and guiding swimmers through the tie-dye process
- Washing and distributing extra shirts as needed
- Helping ensure the event runs smoothly and safely.
This is a hands-on role — perfect for parents who don’t mind getting a little messy and having fun with the kids! And does not require any pool-deck time!
Pancake Breakfast Coordinator
Coordinates the end of season pancake breakfast, during the last morning practice.
Banquet Team
Graduation Team
🎓👑 The Graduation Team helps create a meaningful and memorable send-off for our graduating seniors.
In keeping with Kingfish tradition, the Graduation Team is led by families of junior swimmers, who help honor the seniors completing their final season by:
- Organizes the graduation ceremony during halftime at the final home A meet
- Collects senior photos and biographical summaries from parents
- Prepares the senior introductions for the ceremony
- Coordinates the purchase of embroidered graduation robes (featuring each swimmer’s last name)
- Ensures the traditional Kingfish crowns are prepared
- Creates a laminated senior poster (with photos and bio) for display at the meet — and for families to take home
- Confirms that seniors have selected a speaker for the end-of-season banquet
This is a collaborative, joy-filled role focused on celebrating our seniors and honoring their Kingfish journey.
